We provide Specialize in making construction frame by using the software Frame Cad to our clients. The following terms outline the requirements for deposits, payments, and delivery for orders placed through our website or directly with our team.
2. Payment Terms
To confirm your order and initiate the production process, the following payment schedule is required:
Deposit 1: 50% deposit of the total order amount is required to order materials and start production.
Deposit 2: Upon completion of production, a 40% deposit of the total order amount is due.
Deposit 3: The remaining 10% of the total amount must be paid before delivery.
Failure to adhere to these payment terms may result in delays or cancellation of the order.
3. Order Confirmation
Orders are considered confirmed only upon receipt of the initial 50% deposit. This payment schedule is binding, and production or delivery cannot proceed until each deposit is made as outlined above.
4. Production and Delivery
Production Timeline: Production timelines are estimated based on current production capacity and material availability. We will provide an estimated production completion date upon order confirmation.
Delivery: Delivery will occur once the final 10% deposit is received. We reserve the right to withhold delivery until full payment is confirmed.
5. Changes and Cancellations
Changes: Any changes to the order (e.g., specifications, quantity) must be communicated promptly. Additional charges may apply for changes made after production has begun.
Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us in writing. Cancellations may incur fees based on the stage of production and costs incurred up to that point.
6. Refund Policy
Deposits are generally non-refundable due to the costs associated with initiating production. Exceptions may be made at our discretion and in cases where we are unable to fulfill the order.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Steel Solutions Thailand and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any content is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability for any direct damages is limited to the total amount paid for the order.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the "Last updated" date at the top. Your continued use of our website and services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
